The 4th Malaysia Chocolate Fair 2011 will feature :
Professional Section catering for the serious culinary chefs, chocolatiers, bakers, retailers, small and medium size entrepreneurs, etc.
The Consumer Section will showcase all the brands in the Malaysian chocolate industry.
And an additional section will focus on Malaysian chocolatiers.
These are the small size entrepreneurs who hand-make chocolates, cakes, muffins, cookies and promote their products via their own blogspots and social media network.
Malaysia 4th Chocolate Fair will co-locate with Specialty & Fine Food Fair Malaysia 2011, which will be held at Hall 1, Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, Kuala Lumpur
